Cast

I finally got a short arm cast yesterday!! Ive spent almost six weeks in a full arm cast for breaking my scaphoid bone. It's a tiny bone in your wrist that is hard to heal, and of course that's the bone I break. I actaully got to practice yesterday as well for the first time in about a month. I get my arm x-rayed every two weeks, so hopefully after these two weeks ill be cast free. If not, then its another cast for me. Cross your fingers!

ULowell Women's Soccer

I'm a sophomore soccer player at Umass Lowell. The team has been coached by Eli Montiero for the past six years, and has grown stronger and stronger ever since. We just finished our season in the fall with a final record of 11 wins, 9 losses, and 1 tie. We made it to the NCAA tournament but lost in the first round to Merrimack in a 1 to 0 loss. The team is tightly knit and is close on and off the field, which contributes to a big part of our success.
During Pre-season next August the team will be travelling to Florida to scrimmage some of the top teams around the country to prepare for the upcoming 08 season. With the incoming recruiting class coming in, the team is hoping for an even more successful season on the way.

Spring Break 2008

This past week for spring break me and four of my roommates took a road trip down to Panama City Beach, Florida. I'd have to say it was one of the craziest places i have ever been to. The 26 hour drive alone was an experience, considering we drove down in a big green conversion van. To end our vacation we drove six hours down to Daytona Beach to meet up with some friends for the last two days. The whole trip was an awesome experience and i would definitely do it all over again.
